Simply follow these instructions within 30 days of purchase:

1. The item/suit must be unworn and still have the tags and hygienic liner attached. Please do not send suits back if either of these items is not attached, as we are unable to issue store credit or send the original items back to you. 

2. Fill out and print this  return form 

3. Package up the return using any type of postage/package you like. We will refund your original $7 shipping cost (if paid on original order) in place of sending a return label. 

4. Send it to the address below within 30 days of purchase:

**Please keep your tracking number. Packages shipped back to us without tracking that fail to arrive are the responsibility of the customer.**


Send your return(s) back for a refund by following the return instructions above. Place a new order online for your replacement item(s). Discounts will not be applied to return/exchange orders.

I received my suit as a gift. I want something else. What do I do?
Request a gift code in the comments section of your return form and include your email address. Once your suit/item is received, we can send you a gift code for you to place a new order so you don't have to bother the gift giver.

How long will it take my return to process?
Once your package has arrived at our returns department, please allow 3 weeks for your refund of your item(s) plus tax + $7 shipping. You will be sent a confirmation email once your refund has been issued.

I lost my packing slip/receipt, what do I do?
Email and we will send you a copy of your receipt. 

What if I purchased the item at a trunk show?

I live in Canada and want to return. Can I return my order?
If you’re willing to pay to have the garments shipped back to us, we’ll refund your product amount, but can’t refund any shipping, taxes or duty collected by your government.

 Why hasn't the refund shown up on my account?
Once you get the confirmation email it may take 2-3 days for the refund to show on your statement, so don’t be worried if it doesn’t show instantly.

For WARRANTIES ON STITCHING, our factories take pride in providing solid sewing construction, and will honor a six (6) month warranty on stitching. If you do ever bust a stitch, email for assistance.
