JOLYN Sports Bras: Put To The Test
That's right, I'm talking about some lady lump huggers. I'm gonna take some time out of your day to review the JOLYN sports bras and break down what they're all about. My biggest hope, wish, and dream is that this blog post will make purchasing a JOLYN sports bra online easier.
Let me start by introducing myself. My name is Kelly. Okay, I'm done introducing myself. Let's get to it.
Before I start (wow you haven't even started yet...?), I want to say that almost all of these sports bras can be used for almost ANY activity if you size down. It's all about you. What is your personal preference? Do you want your boobs to feel strapped down? Size down. Otherwise, JOLYN sports bras are true to size and ready to go.

LAUREN SPORTS BRA
SUPPORT LEVEL: Low to Medium
ACTIVITIES: Yoga, Pilates, Weight Lifting, Stationary Exercises
COVERAGE: Low
Starting with the new girl on the block. JOLYN has never made a low scoop neck sports bra like the Lauren and I'm pretty excited about this one. If you're looking to strap your boobies down, move onto the next few bras, this is not your girl (unless you size down). But this sports bra is PERFECT for just about everything else. It's low coverage so it's perfect for fun outdoor workouts/activities and it's super comfy with soft straps that don't feel like they're digging into your shoulders.
SARAE SPORTS BRA CROP TOP
SUPPORT LEVEL: High
ACTIVITIES: Running, HIIT workouts, Cycling, Yoga, Pilates, Everything, Etc
COVERAGE: High
There's a reason that the Sarae sports bra is a JOLYN best seller. It's super supportive, offers a lot of coverage, and is ready for any activity. This is my personal favorite for hot yoga because when you pair it with a high waisted legging you don't feel too exposed. I own it in every color JOLYN makes and you should too tbh.

ASHLEY SPORTS BRA CROP TOP
SUPPORT LEVEL: Medium to High
ACTIVITIES: Jogging, Weight Lifting, Cycling, Yoga
COVERAGE: High
Say yes to mesh. This bra is super comfy. The straps aren't too tight or bothersome and it's another option that's great to wear with high waisted leggings. It basically feels like you're wearing a cropped tank top without wearing one. You're wild. Also, just look at those straps and that mesh detail.
MARGOT SPORTS BRA CROP TOP
SUPPORT LEVEL: High
ACTIVITIES: Running, HIIT Workouts, Cycling, Yoga, Pilates, Everything, Etc
COVERAGE: High
I'm a sucker for some mesh detailing, mmkay. The Margot sports bra is built for it all. The Sarae sports bra was loved so much that JOLYN made her a sister with mesh detailing for breathability on the front and back. If you're like me and own every color of the Sarae bra and hate outfit repeating, grab yourself a Margot sports bra to mix up your look but keep that same level of coverage and support.

RILEY SPORTS BRA
SUPPORT LEVEL: Medium
ACTIVITIES: Weight Lifting, Pilates, Cycling, Jogging
COVERAGE: High
This sports bra provides a lot of coverage and has cute strap details on the back. The straps aren't uncomfortably tight which is always a plus but the underbust (the band under your boobs) is on the tighter side. If that's what you look for when you think of supportive sports bras, then this bra is for you.
ROVAN COZY BRA
SUPPORT LEVEL: Low
ACTIVITIES: Couch Potatoeing, Sleeping, Eating, Watching Netflix, Scrolling Through Tiktok Until 3am, Etc.
COVERAGE: Medium to High
Finishing it up with my daily go-to bra these days. We put our boobs through a lot in our lives, give them a nice soft hug with the Rovan bra. This bra is seriously so soft that you'll forget you're even wearing it, but your boobs won't forget because they will feel well-rested and loved. Does it freak you out that I'm talking as if boobs have feelings and thoughts? WELL, THEY DO. So start treating them with some respect.
Complete your look with some shorts or leggings!
FUN FACT: Any JOLYN swim top can also be used as a sports bra! Just give it a quick rinse after each workout to save some space in your laundry basket and conserve water.
